Our bike fitting starts with your feet and ends with your bike correctly set for you to ride with comfort and efficiency.  Improving speed and endurance and reducing injury.

 

We use video analysis to track your body, leg and feet angles.  Adjusting your bike setup to enable you to cycle in the optimum range for you to be comfortable and maximise your efficiency.  

Comfort and Efficiency = Speed.

  • A rider’s body accounts for 70 to 80 percent of drag while cycling; the bike, clothing and helmet the remainder. So getting aero on the bike will dramatically improve efficiency

  • Correct saddle position and knee angle are important for efficient transfer of power to the pedals, as well as comfort on those long rides

  • Correctly positioned cleats promotes an efficient pedal stoke and reduces injury
